Tap the + button on the Ledger Desk tab, select your client (or create a new one), add line items with description and price, then tap Save. Your invoice is ready to send or export as a PDF in seconds.
Open any invoice, then tap the share icon (top right corner). Select PDF Preview to generate a professional PDF. From there, you can save it to Files, print it, or share via email, AirDrop, or any app on your iPhone.
When editing an invoice, scroll down to the Totals section. You can enter a discount percentage and a tax rate. The app will automatically calculate the final total and display a breakdown of subtotal, discount, and tax.
Open the invoice and look for the Payment Status section. Tap Paid to update the status. The invoice will be removed from your open balance and moved to the Collected total on your Ledger Desk.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Invo → tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can also go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Yes. Download Invo from the App Store on your new device and sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Your subscription will be recognized automatically.
Your invoice data is stored locally on your device and is included in your iCloud Backup (if enabled). We recommend keeping iCloud Backup turned on to avoid losing your data if you change devices.
